Using Wikis In TITANium to foster student collaboration
Length: 1.5 hours
TITANium offers multiple ways to foster student collaboration. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to create wikis:
- Wikis are collaborative web pages that can be viewed and edited by students and instructor alike - making it a great tool for engaging the whole class. This hands-on workshop will show you how to use wikis in TITANium.
- Instructional uses include collaborating on projects, papers, web pages, and resource collections. Wikis can include text, web links, pictures, and video. TITANium goes a step further by offering multiple wiki types: group wikis, student wikis, and instructor wikis. Faculty can use the wiki to create educational web pages for their course and as a tool for private student journaling (a 2-person group – instructor and student).
