Part Time Faculty Advisory Committee (PTAC)
Mission Statement
The volunteer Part-Time Faculty Advisory Committee (PTAC) serves as a
research-based resource and information group for the benefit of the Part-Time
Faculty. The purpose of this Committee is to provide a variety of support
services which will act to increase the respect, visibility and legitimization
of the Part-Time Faculty and act as a bridge between these Faculty members
and the greater Academic Community.
The goal of the PTAC is to encourage Full-Time Faculty, Department Chairs
and Deans to support and collaborate with their Part-Time Faculty associates
to provide mutual benefit to our students and the greater Academic community.
