Poster Session

Dear Colleagues:

The Faculty Development Center would like to showcase some faculty research/creative activities as one of the events for Celebrating Teaching Week. The FDC has scheduled the Poster Session for Thursday, April 11,2002, from 10:00am to 4:30pm in the Faculty Development Center, PL44. The FDC would like to display posters highlighting faculty research on all aspects of university teaching. Possible topics include: on-line teaching, teaching innovations, assessment, globalization in courses, collaboration, service learning, and internships.

You would be asked to organize your poster as you would for a poster session at a conference or exhibition and you can be present at your poster for as much, or as little, time as you see fit. The FDC can provide some help with graphics and with the printing of your posters, but to do so, Kelly Donovan at the FDC must have your material by March 15, 2002. Please note that Kelly will not be helping with the content of the poster presentation.

Please contact Andrew Gill if you are interested in participating. He will be most pleased to meet with you to discuss your poster if you feel you need some assistance.
