Collaborate with iLinc: How to conduct effective online meetings and collaborations with iLinc

Do you need the interactivity of a face-to-face meeting, but the group cannot all be there in person? With iLinc, you can conduct a thesis defense, have a meeting with your research collaborators, complete those difficult-to-schedule committee meetings, or make a presentation. Individuals can communicate via video (webcam), audio (microphone), or text (chat).

Come learn the tools needed to keep your participants engaged. This hands-on workshop will provide practice in leading and participating in online meetings, discussions and collaborative projects with MeetingLinc.

Prerequisites

  • Familiarity with Blackboard (initial iLinc integration is through Blackboard)
  • General familiarity with web conferencing tools
