Learning with iLinc: How to establish an iLinc meeting room as a virtual classroom or for virtual office hours
The virtual classroom is a shared cyberspace enabling you the instructor to dynamically deliver content, provide immediate feedback and guidance, and engage in a mix of testing and assessment activities. The virtual classroom or meeting room approach is interactive, personal and collaborative. While this approach does not necessarily eliminate the need and value of convening and meeting in person, it contributes to blended learning environments and can often surpass the physical in-person classroom experience by engaging learners with diverse learning styles. Individuals can communicate via video (webcam), audio (microphone), or text (chat).
