SnagIt - "A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words"

Description

Would you like to make a simple banner for your Blackboard Announcements page? Do you want to capture a snapshot of all or part of a web page or computer screen, easily illustrate your point with arrows and text, then share it with your students, incorporate it in instructional handouts, or email it to your colleagues?

Then join us to learn SnagIt - an inexpensive, easy-to-use screen capture program. It can offer you so much more than Print Screen.

This multimedia tool is packed with features. Capture selected sections of the screen or the entire screen – even the section that scrolls out of sight! Capture drop-down menus. With a few clicks of the mouse add arrows, text, and special effects to illustrate your points! Crop your image. Create simple graphics. You’ll be skilled at using this tool by the time you leave this hands-on workshop!

This software is available in the FDC for faculty use or it can be purchased for only $29.95
