Intermediate Microsoft Word III: Special Formatting Skills Benefiting a Wider Audience

Description

Interested in learning how you can use MS Word to provide written and verbal feedback to students, collaborate with colleagues on a paper, or automate your document formatting saving time as well as meeting the needs of a wider audience, then join us for this 90-minute workshop. This workshop may be taken individually or as part of the Intermediate MS Word workshop series.

Objectives

This 90 minute workshop will address:

  • Inserting feedback directly into documents via text or easily recorded audio
  • Editing documents using the Reviewing toolbar - great for papers and policies developed by colleagues or committees.
  • Formatting your document using Styles - saves times and makes your docoments available to a wider audience

Prerequisites

  • Prior experience using MS Word
  • At least six months of continuous, hands-on experience using Windows or Mac, a keyboard, and a mouse.
