Blackboard HTML and Multimedia Features

Description

Learn how to how to add and customize course content using HTML and multimedia tools during this workshop. Faculty will use the readily available Text Box Editor tool in announcements and upload images, video, and Flash files.

Note: The Text Box Editor is only available for faculty who use a Windows PC with Microsoft Internet Explorer Web browser. Mac computers are not supported.

Prerequisites

Blackboard Course Web Site Design and Development workshop.

Objectives

Format text with HTML.
Review basic HTML tags.
Edit HTML content.
Upload video.
Upload Flash Movies.
Insert images.
Create and insert sound files.
Save a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation as a a web page
Add a Microsoft Producer online presentation.
