Scholarly and Creative Activities Coordinator Dr. Susan Sy, is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology.  She has been at Cal State Fullerton since 2005. Dr. Sy’s research expertise is in large-scale longitudinal surveys and advanced statistical techniques including path analysis, structural equation modeling (SEM), latent growth curve modeling (LCM) and hierarchical regression.  She has offered workshops in these techniques at the FDC. Dr. Sy has expressed interest in expanding support for faculty scholarship, including grant-writing and the promotion of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
